DEMO & FEEDBACK ONLY — NOT A LIVE CARE SERVICE

Support for the person you care for. Space for you, too.

Palliative care can bring new questions and changing needs. Use this demonstration to explore general information, prepare a conversation with the care team and find one manageable next step.

This coach is being demonstrated to gather feedback and ideas. It does not provide or arrange care. Conversations are not monitored or acted on as care, and using it does not trigger human follow-up.

A wide circle of support

Palliative care is about living as well as possible.

It can support physical comfort, emotional and practical needs, relationships, and cultural or spiritual wishes. It may begin before the final weeks or days, and can take place alongside other treatment. A palliative-care referral does not tell you how much time someone has.

The person's own care team is the right place for questions about symptoms, treatment, likely changes and the plan for care.

A place to start

Bring the question that feels most important.

You do not need to explain everything. The coach can help you prepare what to ask a professional and think about support for yourself.

01

Contacting the team

Who to call in the day or at night, and what to ask if the plan is unclear.

02

What matters to them

Preparing a conversation about the person's wishes, relationships and involvement.

03

Your caring role

How to explain what you can manage and ask about practical help or a break.

04

Feelings and change

Making room for uncertainty, difficult feelings and support for you.

This coach is not monitored

For urgent help, contact a person now.

For a new, worsening or worrying symptom, sudden change, or uncertainty about medicines or the care plan, contact the person's palliative care team or the out-of-hours number in their plan. If there is immediate danger or a life-threatening emergency, call 999 or 112. Do not wait for this coach.

Call 999 in an emergency

Human support

You do not have to work it out alone.

Contact the person's own care team for clinical and local support. These organisations offer general information and carer or bereavement support; check their websites for current services and hours.

Phone demo: +44 800 820 3705. Calls are audio-recorded and the recording and conversation history are retained by ElevenLabs without a fixed expiry. The call is not monitored by a care team; do not use it for urgent help or share names, NHS numbers or other unnecessary identifying details.

Demo and feedback only — not a live care service. This optional AI coach gives general information and helps prepare questions; it does not diagnose, give clinical advice, recommend treatment, arrange support or alert anyone. A care team does not monitor conversations. Conversation history is saved by ElevenLabs without a fixed expiry; if you choose voice, audio is saved too. Zero Retention Mode is off. Conversation text and replies are processed by ElevenLabs and Bridgit's configured Azure OpenAI service. Technical and usage details may also be processed. Avoid names, NHS numbers, addresses and other identifying details. Before the website coach starts, you will be asked to explicitly consent to health information processing and to this audio and conversation retention. See the Bridgit privacy notice and coach terms. This demo is not monitored and does not trigger human follow-up.
